NYT Op-Ed: “How To Handle a Terrorism Case

I think the Op-ed Board of the NYT nailed it.  I was contemplating a follow up for my earlier posting about Miranda rights when I read this NYT piece.  Well put and worthy of 5 mins of anyone’s time.
